78 Park Street welcomed to the Urban Creation portfolio

Urban Creation has welcomed a new property to it’s portfolio.

78 Park Street, located right next door to the property- developers brand new office, has begun work to create 3 new apartments, housing 10 bedrooms. 

The work comprises of a complete strip out of the existing internals, alongside the introduction of  a newly constructed roof top terrace with far reaching views across the city.  The design is in keeping with the surrounding buildings and will contribute to the fantastic regeneration of this bustling location. 

Adding to their ever- growing student portfolio, this Georgian building is fantastically located in Park Street, one of Bristol’s most iconic areas with its plethora of cafes, shops and restaurants. 

The decision for new student apartments comes at a very unprecedented time with the recent pandemic. Despite recent events, the demand for student housing seems as popular as ever and with the recent success of their online virtual tours, the decision to open these as student apartments once finished, was made. 

This is a great step in the construction side of the business, adding to their growing student housing portfolio in Bristol. 

Urban Creation was also behind the pioneering project at 50 Park Street, where ready-to-go homes were lifted into the shell of a 1950’s building. Believed to be the first in UK, this method has the potential to revolutionise the future of house building.
