• To book, reserve or view one of our apartments (all reservations are on a first come, first served basis), please click on your desired apartment from this page and request a booking or viewing via the Bunk portal, or contact studentproperties@urban-creation.com, 0117 934 9508.
• To reserve your chosen apartment, we require a £200 holding deposit to secure your let.
• When you have secured your reservation with us, we will require:
  • Completed reservation form and payment of holding deposit.
  • Signing of electronic tenancy agreement– Once you have signed this, you are liable for the rent responsibility for your tenancy.
  • Tenancy deposit– which equates to four weeks’ worth of rent which will be registered into the tenancy deposit protection scheme for the duration of your tenancy.

*Please note the initial £200 holding deposit will be used to cover part of the tenancy deposit and will therefore be deducted off the final amount.

*In the case of cancellation before signing the tenancy agreement, there will be a deduction from the reservation deposit to cover administration and documentation costs.
