Urban Creation, a Bristol- based property developer, has welcomed a new serviced apartment to it’s portfolio.

Charlotte’s Rise, a Georgian Grade II listed building just off Park Street, is already home to many students during term time; but now Urban Creation is opening its doors to the public to stay during the summer months as a serviced apartment.

These 15 apartments at 15 Charlotte Street are available from the 20th June and remain open until the students return in September for the new academic year.

With amazing views of Brandon Hill and its very own dry gym room, these spacious one and two bedroom apartments are finished off to the high standards you would expect to see across all of Urban Creation’s properties.

The building is located on Charlotte Street, just off of Park Street, which is home to many shops, cafes and restaurants with access to Clifton, Whiteladies Road and the city centre.

The decision to open this as a serviced apartment for part of the year, comes from the increase in demand for its other serviced apartments, Beech House and Alison Court. Both based in Clifton in Bristol, these apartments offer completely self- contained living and with no reception areas, remote booking systems and fully equipped with all modern appliances, these apartments have seen an increase in demand during the recent pandemic.

Jonathan Brecknell, Director of Urban Creation stated:

“We realised there was a real need for completely self- contained apartments for those that are either self isolating from family, or for those needing to stay away from home for business reasons, such as working on the frontline.

These apartments enable guests to stay completely in isolation and are fully equipped with everything they need. And with the introduction of our new remote booking and key allocation systems, we have maintained the highest levels of social distancing to ensure all guests feel safe and secure when staying with us”.

Urban Creation was also behind the pioneering project at 50 Park Street, where ready-to-go homes were lifted into the shell of a 1950’s building. Believed to be the first in UK, this method has the potential to revolutionise the future of house building.
