Due to its success in its first year, Charlotte’s Rise will open as serviced apartments once more during Summer 2022. 

Charlotte’s Rise will once again open its doors as serviced apartments in Summer 2022.

Following the success of the summer this year, the Bristol- Based property developer, Urban Creation has decided to re- open the property next summer to add to its current portfolio of serviced accommodation. It’s two other serviced properties Beech House and Alison Court are located in the Clifton area of Bristol and are open to the general public all year round.

Throughout the academic year, Charlotte’s Rise is home for many students, however it is left empty during the long summer months. This, coupled with a rise in demand for more accommodation, led to the decision to utilise the property as serviced accommodation to the general public.

Offering studios to two bedroom apartments, the historic Georgian townhouse boasts fully furnished rooms with features such as TV’s, sofas, double beds and all linen is also included, meaning you have everything you need whilst you are away from home. Fantastically located just off of Park Street, it is also centrally located to access everything Bristol has to offer.
