The property is currently let out to students but will convert into luxury serviced apartments during the summer months.
Urban Creation, a local property developer in Bristol, is set to convert its current student development, 15 Charlotte Street into serviced apartments from June until September, when it will once again return to student housing.
The move comes from changes in the way students use the apartments; with many vacating their properties during the summer months leaving the apartments empty until their return in September.
‘This has been something we have been thinking of doing for a while, given that the majority of our tenants move out as soon as their academic term finishes for the summer. Particularly now with the pandemic, many tenants have either gone home already or will plan to as soon as they can to go back to see loved ones. By opening Charlotte Street as serviced apartments over the summer we can utilise the apartments for the projected increase in leisure guests we expect to see.’ Jonathan Brecknell, Director of Urban Creation.
Originally designed by one of Bristol’s most famous architects, William Paty, Charlotte’s Rise is perfect for those after a historic property combined with modern interiors. With amazing views of Brandon Hill, these spacious apartments are finished off to the high standards you would expect to see across all of Urban Creation’s properties.
Fully equipped, these apartments offer fully fitted kitchens, double beds, en suite shower rooms and laundry facilities, so they are set up for all different types of stay.
Urban Creation already has two other serviced apartment properties, Beech House and Alison Court. With Beech House in St Paul’s Road, Clifton providing guests with their very own slice of history through this renovated Victorian Villa and Alison Court on Apsley Road providing modern city living within a backdrop of colour and style.
