The Student Accommodation provider that goes above and beyond for it’s tenants.
Moving to university is a big step. For many students, it’s the first time living away from home, managing bills, and settling into a new city. At Urban Student, we understand that finding the right place to live plays a huge part in how that experience feels. Our aim is simple: to provide well located, comfortable student accommodation and to support students properly throughout their time with us. Starting from the beginning:
Helping students choose the right place to live
Choosing student accommodation isn’t just about price or proximity to campus. It’s about finding somewhere you feel comfortable and secure. Urban Student offers modern student apartments close to the University of Bristol, giving students the choice of studios or shared apartments depending on how they want to live. All properties are fully furnished and designed with day to day student life in mind.
Our team is always available to answer questions before booking, whether that’s about locations, layouts, or what’s included. We want students (and parents) to feel confident before making a decision, as it’s not a small one to make!
A straightforward booking process
We try to keep booking as easy and stress free as possible. Students can book directly through our website, arrange a viewing, or take a virtual tour if they’re not in Bristol yet. We’re happy to talk through contracts, payment details, and move in dates, especially for first year or international students who may be unfamiliar with the process.
Comfortable living from day one
All Urban Student accommodation is ready to move into immediately. Apartments include everything students need to settle in quickly, without the hassle of organising furniture or setting up utilities.
Rent includes bills, Wi-Fi, and other essentials, so students don’t have to worry about unexpected costs during the year. This allows them to focus on studying, social life, and enjoying Bristol.
Ongoing support throughout the year
Our support doesn’t stop once students move in. We’re a local team, based close to our properties, which means we’re on hand when help is needed. Whether it’s a maintenance issue, a general query, or advice about living in the area, students can contact us and expect a prompt, helpful response. We believe good communication makes a real difference to how students experience their accommodation.
A safe and welcoming environment
Feeling safe at home is essential. Urban Student properties have secure access, 24/7 security and are professionally managed, with safety and maintenance taken very seriously. We aim to create spaces where students feel comfortable living independently, whether it’s their first year at university or their final year.
Supporting independence and student life
Living with Urban Student helps students take their first steps towards independent living in a supportive environment – think of it as a stepping stone into the adult world. Having a well-managed, reliable place to live gives students the confidence to focus on their studies and enjoy their time in Bristol.
