Our Valentines Day Event!

On February 14th, Urban Student brought a little extra sweetness to Park Street, as we celebrated Valentine’s Day with a heartwarming event that our tenants—and passers-by—won’t forget anytime soon!

Thanks to our wonderful partners, we were able to spread the love in some very delicious ways. The lovely team at Langyu, the Chinese convenience store on Clifton Triangle (which our tenants get a discount at), generously gifted us hundreds of puddings, jellies, and yoghurts to share. It was the perfect sweet treat for everyone, and we were thrilled to hand them out to our tenants, making sure no one missed out on the love!

We also headed over to another one of our brilliant collaborators, Pizzarova on Park Street and picked up a batch of their delicious heart-shaped pizzas—a fun, festive twist on their classics. We handed them out to our tenants and any lucky passer-by who happened to be walking by. It was a great day to be on Park Street!

What made the day even more special was the opportunity to check in with all of our tenants and meet a few new faces. With the recent move into our new Urban Creation office at the end of 2024, it was wonderful to invite people into our new space, give them a tour, and let everyone know that we’re always here and accessible if they need anything.

We’re a small, friendly, family-style team based on Park Street, and we absolutely love having visitors. It’s what makes this job so rewarding—connecting with the people we serve and making them feel at home.
