After a very wet July & August, we’re extremely pleased to see some glorious September sunshine in Bristol! Despite the scorching weather this past week, we’re here to remind you that Autumn is still right around the corner….

But here to brighten things up is an Immersive light show coming to Bristol this October!

As the weather gets colder, the days shorter and the evenings darker; Bristol is only going to get brighter and more vibrant.

From the 30th of October until 4th November 2023, Luxmuralisa collaborative team of multidisciplinary artists, are bringing a spectacular new light show to Bristol Cathedral.

Standing at the heart of Bristol’s vibrant city centre, Bristol Cathedral is one of England’s great medieval churches. For almost 900 years it has been a living place of sanctuary, teaching, prayer and music.

The light show, Force of Nature, is set to adorn the historic building in a stunning exploration of the creation and cultural significance of the four elements, earth, wind, fire & water.

This latest light project will bring drama, power, artistry & wonder to the city by immersing it’s visitors through breath-taking visuals.

A must see this Autumn, and suitable for all! To ensure that the installation is accessible to as many people as possible, viewers will be able to attend a Quiet Hour version of the experience. There will also be access to a hearing loop.

On purchasing a ticket here. Visitors will also have access to the bar with a selection of nature inspired drinks including the Cathedral’s own bespoke gin, Chapterhouse, by East Bristol favourite, Espersen Spirit…we’re sold!
