Your rent, fixed for two years
Rebook now and you know exactly what you'll pay, with no rise in between.
Sign for a two-year tenancy and your weekly rent stays the same across both years, with no increase.
The fixed rent is for 50-week contracts, which run almost the whole year. If your contract is shorter, for example ending in June, the fixed rent doesn't apply, so talk to the team about your options.

Want to live with friends next year? You get to book together before the flats go public.
That means first choice of a two-bed to share, a three-bed flat on Park Street, a two-bed house of your own at Beech House, or the six-bed house in Clifton. The earlier your group decides, the more choice you have, so talk to your friends this week.

- Sign your new contract. We’ll send you a new contract, and signing it confirms your rebooking. This means your room won’t even appear on the market for next year.

Yes. Your own room is held for you until 5 November. After that it goes on general sale.
Yes, you can choose a room in any of our properties, as long as the current resident isn’t rebooking it.
If you signed your contract before 1 September, you keep the same weekly rent for a two-year tenancy, with no increase across that period. The fixed rent is for 50-week contracts, which run almost the whole year. A shorter contract, for example one ending in June, doesn’t qualify.
Yes. You and your friends can book a shared flat or house together during the priority month, even if they don’t live with us yet.
From 6 November, any room not rebooked is advertised to everyone. You can still rebook after that, but the first pick has gone. It also means we may show your room to students looking for next year, with notice, as set out in your contract.
Yes: all bills with no usage caps, Wi-Fi, a free fortnightly clean, free laundry, hotel-style bedding and towels, and contents insurance through Howden.
You only need a guarantor if you want to pay in instalments. Without a UK guarantor, the rent is paid upfront.
