Location, location, location
We understand that location is extremely important when looking for your student accommodation. Not only does it need to be near your University, but it also needs to be accessible to everything Bristol has to offer.
All of our apartments are based in Central Bristol, specifically the Clifton and Park Street area of the city, so the University is not only walkable distance but so are the endless cafes, restaurants, bars and museums.
Flexible reservation policy
The coronavirus has brought the way we normally live our lives to a complete standstill. Every day brings new developments and therefore uncertainty on what the not-so-distant future holds.
We have updated our reservation policy to deal with CoVID-19 and the start of the 20/21 academic year. If travel is restricted from your country of origin or here in the UK, or the university or institution you are attending is closed, then we will provide a rent refund from the start of the university term until the restrictions are lifted.
In order for us to process the refund, we will need to see written confirmation of travel restrictions and/or a letter from the relevant university/institution.
